After clicking finish onboarding, an error occurs and cannot be used

After clicking finish onboarding, the editing screen does not appear, but an error message appears below:

<p>這個網站發生重大問題。</p><p><a href="https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/">進一步了解 WordPress 中的疑難排解方式</a></p> (Error code: internal_server_error)

But I have tested that the same account can be used normally after clicking on other websites. Please what is wrong and how can I fix it?

Could you perhaps let us know which WordPress version is your site running on?
Could you also let us know which PHP version is it on?

Could you try updating your site's PHP version up to at least PHP 7.4 and see if it will work?

Although we recommend updating the PHP version to PHP 8 if your plugins support it, because 7.4 will end support within a couple of months.

I originally tried PHP version 8, but when I clicked on Buttonizer it showed a major error, then I changed to PHP version 7.4 and everything seems to be working fine now.
