I noticed that the Popup's Open By Selector is not the same as the element that Buttonizer is showing on the frontend.
Could you try following these steps?
- In your Buttonizer Button's settings, Choose a different action.
- In your Buttonizer Button's settings, Choose the action "Elementor Popup".
( This will make a new code for you to copy )
- Save and publish your changes in Buttonizer.
- In your Elementor Popup settings, Paste the new code that you got from Buttonizer in "Open By Selector".
- Publish your changes.

If it still doesn't work, could you send us a screenshot again of your Elementor Popup settings and Buttonizer Button settings?
