I've checked your site and found out this button has a page rule connected. After looking how the page was configured, it seems that the rule will be triggered on one of the selected pages.
It seems that the button was set to hide of the Page rule was triggered. Was this intentional? Or did you want to show the button when the rule is activated?
If you want to show it when the page rule triggers, you can try changing it to Show button when this page rule is activated and publish your changes.
