You can easily achieve this using page rules!
Here's instructions on how to do this:
Create a new page rule for URL Z.
Since you can reuse an existing page rule for all buttons and groups, you will only need to create 1 rule.
Make button A hide when URL Z is triggered.
Now we can use that page rule we created and make Button A hide only when that rule is triggered.
Make button B appear when URL Z is triggered.
Then we can reuse the same page rule to make button B only appear when the rule is triggered.
And that should be it! 😄
