It looks like a row in the database may have been changed. Is it perhaps possible for you to make changes in your database?
If so, could you try to delete the row fs_active_plugins in wp_options? Or change the option name into something like fs_active_plugins_backup?
After deleting this row, try activating the Buttonizer plugin again. If everything works correctly, this row will be created again with the correct value.
If this does not work, could you perhaps let us know which WordPress and PHP version is your site running on?
And if possible also send us an export of the fs_active_plugins row.
