When upgrading you should receive a license key in your email inbox. Then you can activate Buttonizer by going to the 'My account' page and press 'Enter license key'.
Another way to activate the plugin
Another way may be to go to the plugin overview page, there look for Buttonizer as plugin and use the 'Enter license key' button.
The following step does always work:
If you do not see any of those activate license buttons mentioned before, check your email. Beside the license key, you also should have received a download link of the latest premium version. You download that file and upload it to your WordPress website (using 'Add plugin' and then 'Upload plugin').
As soon the premium version is uploaded to your website you get the question to enter your license key so it can be activated.
