This is actually a known issue and we have a fix documented in our knowledge base.

The caching method differs depending on the plugin.
So some caching plugin breaks Buttonizer, some don't.
Most caching plugins has a whitelist feature. You can use this to make sure that Buttonizer won't get cached.
You can follow the instructions in our documentation to keep both plugins enabled. 😄
