Button showing in preview, but not on website

We have created a button which seems to be correct (backend). But unfortunately, the button ist not visible on the webiste (live).

First of all welcome to the Buttonizer Community 🥳

I checked your site and found out it was connected to a different Buttonizer instance earlier (which you probably deleted).

Since you're using a caching plugin, I think the previous-instance got cached. Are you able to clear the cache of your site? After that, Buttonizer should become visible 🙂

Thank you for your quick reply. That's what we thought too. But neither the cache of the site nor the browser changed after the deletion, so the button is not displayed live.

Adrian Oh that's interesting. Can you perhaps try to disconnect your site via the Buttonizer plugin settings (on the bottom) and then onboard again with your account (selecting your site from the list again)?

This will make sure that the correct Buttonizer instance is set-up in your WordPress environment. After you've done that, can you clear the cache one more time? Not sure what plugins you're using for cache, but I noticed LiteSpeed Cache in your source.
