On Desktop Version it's working perfectly, but on mobile I cannot get it to work.
Even in the preview it shows on mobile, I tested many different approaches now but none of them worked.
Still only got it on Desktop.

Hi Pong99 ,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
It may have been due to browser cache that you couldn't see the mobile button.
Could you try publishing your changes in Buttonizer again and then visit your site on incognito mode on your phone?
If you've done that but it still does not show up on mobile, could you maybe let us now which device and version are you testing this on? We would like to try to replicate the issue on our end and see if we can figure out what's causing the issue.
Please let us know how it goes!
Hey James,
I am testing on an iPhone 11 Pro Max newest iOS and iPhone 14 Pro newest iOS. Both devices in incognito mode in safari.
Best Regards,
Pong
Yes will do
I now re-integrated Buttonizer onto my website, still no button on mobile..
Thanks for re-integrating Buttonizer.
I visited your site and I can't seem to find the Buttonizer integration code.
It looks like your site is using NitroPack. Could you try clearing the cache? Sometimes, changes will not show up until the cache has been cleared.
You can also try to exclude the Buttonizer script in NitroPack. Follow this article to find out how to exclude scripts:
https://support.nitropack.io/hc/en-us/articles/1500002527542-Excluded-Resources
Buttonizer script url:
https://cdn.buttonizer.io/embed.js
Let me know if any of these worked.
Purging the cache in NitroPack worked! thanks
I'm so glad that purging the cache fixed the issue!
We will add this into our knowledge base so that other users will know how to fix the issue in the future.
If you ever have any other issues or questions, please let us know.
