Notice there's an addition symbol concatenated after the phone number so it shows an error page.

Example: https://wa.me/01xxxxxxxxx%E2%80%AC?text=

Any idea what is this and how to remove? %E2%80%AC?

Thanks for reaching out to us! Apologies for the delay in our reply!

That's interesting, do you perhaps accidentely copied invisible charactes at the end of your phone number? Can you try to remove the number and re-enter your phone number from scratch?

This should resolve it. I've verified our script and those characters seems to be from user-input.
