Buttons dont show up on mobile

i'm trying to make a whatzapp button to show up on mobile. It shows up in the preview but when i open the site on my phone its not there.

Could you let us know which phone and browser you used to test this?

Could you also perhaps send us a screenshot of your group and button settings?
We might be able to find something that is causing this issue.
