Unfortunately we are not familiar with this error message. Do you have viber correctly installed and is the browser allowed to redirect to viber?
Also, did you enter the correct notation/phone number? Including a + at the beginning? It's interesting to read that it works on desktop but not on mobile. We are currently using the official viber://chat deeplink.
