button does not show up properly

The buttons shows up in the botton of the website as an image instead of a round button. How should I fix this?

It sounds like the function might not be working or there's an unclosed element on the page source code. 🤔

Is it perhaps possible for you to send us a link to your site?
We would like to take a look at the Buttonizer button and see if we can find out what's going on.

Hi there, I am currently facing a somewhat same issue. The button itself is gone and shows up under the footer of the page in a weird way.

In tiffanyc's case, the CSS file of Buttonizer was not being imported on the site.
Do you perhaps have a caching plugin or a minifying plugin installed on your site? 🤔

If so, could you let us know which plugin it is and we'll investigate on how to exclude Buttonizer's files from it.

Thanks for getting back at me. I am not using any caching plugin as of yet. My website is hosted on Siteground and their plugin SG Optimizer came installed in my WP installation. The button was working before. Don't know what happened later.

Hey James,

I went through the settings in SG Optimizer and saw the update had changed some settings within it.
It had minify CSS & Combine CSS options activated, which I disabled and the plugin is back in working condition. 😅

Thanks for giving me the direction the check for cache settings. (thumbs up emoji) 🤣

Glad to hear that the buttons are now rendering correctly! 😄

That confirms that the issue is with SG Optimizer's minifying function.
We will try to see if it's possible to exclude Buttonizer's files from being minified or cached by SG Optimizer.
