I can't get rules to work

I am trying to set a rule for a group of buttons to only show on one page. I have tried to set the rule 'page title' 'begins with' 'page title' (members/allied-health-clinic-rooms-in-melbourne/). When I try to debug it says 'not triggered'. (see screenshot)
How can I rectify this?

Thanks for your question! I've checked your page rules and changed it to the Type Path and Contains operator:

This makes sure it is only triggered on that page. I verified the change with the page rule debugger:

Can you verify if everything is correct now?
