Is this happening on the beta version of Buttonizer or version 2.0.9?
This sounds like it might be a caching issue. Do you perhaps have a caching plugin?
If so, most caching plugins support a exclude option.
Could you try following this topic on how to exclude Buttonizer on caching plugins?
Exclude Buttonizer from W3 Total Cache
The steps should be aroud the same.
