And if possible, could you perhaps send us a link to your site? njernda Hi Buttonizer, Issue has been resolved. Our hosting had ran out of disk space which was blocking ftp. Increased space and now Buttonizer (and backups, wordfence, etc) are working correctly. Thanks for your trouble. Dave
