Unable to change- font size & border radius - setting

The box is greyed out and I'm unable to click to change it. What can I do? Other website does not have this problem.

It seems like your group's menu style is set to Rectangle or Square. 🤔

This will force all buttons in the group to have a square shape and set the label visibility.

To be able to use the border radius option again, set the menu style of the group to a different one than Rectangle or Square.

Hello,

There are only three menu options available : default, rectangle and square. I have tried out all 3, and the boxes are still grayed out and I can't change the sizing.

I have a different website in which this all works perfectly fine, so I'm confused why its not working here. I have all the same Exact options as my other site.

Hi regular1 ,

It might not be greyed out. Try to click on the left most side of the input.

If it still doesn't work, could you let me know which theme your site is using?
It might be accidentally making this input not work correctly.

Thank you, that worked. Also I'm having trouble figuring out how to put the phone icon on the left side. It currently is on the right. See the image attached.

Thank you for the bump, I missed your topic.

Since this week Buttonizer has a new User Interface, hopefully to make everything more clearer. If you go to the group/button settings, you'll find 'Position' in 'General'. If you change the percentage from Horizontal from 5% to 0% it will be fully at the right side.

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to extend the width of Buttonizer labels yet (for full-screen size). We will work on this in the future. So I will keep you posted about that.

About the icon on the left. It is possible to mirrors the label. To make that happen you should set the vertical alignment to 100% instead of 0%. This will mirror the menu automatically.
