Problems with Facebook Chat in mobile

Hi - I'm getting the following error message (see image) - any tips for getting this to work on my mobile phone? I'm using an iPhone

I'm also noticing that we need to tap the icon twice to get it to work - any way to just activate chat with a single tap/click?

Hi hughsung , unfortunatly Facebook Messenger didn't made the widget fully working for mobile devices. They force you to use the Facebook Messenger app on mobile. I think that is the reason you get redirected to that page, it probably tried to open Facebook Messenger on your device.

What do you mean with tapping the icon twice?
