Buttonizer doesn't work on mobile and some browser

Good morning, I don't understand why buttonizer doesn't work with mobile versions, and moreover very strange thing on my pc (mac) it works perfectly while on other browsers and pc it doesn't work, I have already tried to update permalink, plugin, found all the settings but nothing . I'm going crazy

Thanks for letting us know about this issue.

It seems that CloudFlare is blocking the requests of Buttonizer to get the button data. 🤔

I'm sorry but we are not quite familiar with CloudFlare's settings.
We're not quite sure if you should exclude the admin-ajax.php file that handles the WordPress requests or the Buttonizer files.

Could you perhaps try and see if it will work by excluding the admin-ajax.php first?

If that didn't work, try to exclude Buttonizer's files too:
*newgioco.it/wp-content/plugins/buttonizer-multifunctional-button/*
