SiteGround Buttonizer Pro issue

Just purchased. The plugin is not working as it should in our website.
Button Image / url / rules / position / animation nothing. Its only showing a blue icon round button with an url pointing to the home page.

I have my site with siteground and plugins like SG optimizer, Wp Rocket , Wp Optimizer - I have de-activated them and tried also.

Please help.

Hi debashisd !

I have just checked your website and I don't see Buttonizer enabled so I can't see what the problem is.

Did Buttonizer fully work before you've upgraded? If so, then the premium version of our plugin probably hits the firewall. Securi is providing the firwall for Siteground.

My site is with Siteground but I only have the free Sucuri plugin - even the Siteground site scanner which uses Sucuri is not activated. I will activate the plugin but it will result in a meaningless icon hanging on the home page. Please help urgently as I cannot keep it on for long.

Hi debashisd , I see the button now. It's indeed visible.

When you are in the admin dashboard editing Buttonizer, do you see the changes you maken in the preview window? Also, have you pressed the 'Publish' button after you've made your changes?

No, I dont see the changes. And yes I clicked publish.

debashisd Thank you for letting me know! That doesn't seem right. Are there any errors that are appearing? Maybe after updating a setting. When changing a setting, does the 'Changed saved' tooltip appear?

Also, if you make a change (for example, renaming a button) and then refresh the dashboard, does the dashboard remember the changes you've made?

I am getting "saving draft" on top , I can undo / revert and yes the dashboard remembers.

Hi debashisd , I just scrolled down to your footer and then your button appeared, I missed that 😅 . It seems you have turned on 'Show on scroll' in the 'Timeout & scroll' section.

Make sure this "Timeout & scroll" setting in Advanced are turned off if you want to have the button visible all time.

That has been kept intentionally. But the basic design/ image button / animation nothing is coming. The dash board is working but the button is not showing properly at all.

Ok, i found the button. Now my problem is a bit different.
My desktop site is also mobile optimized - and I want to show the button only when the mobile browser is used. It links to the app store on Google play.

However my app also pulls content from my website and I dont want to show the button there. As the user is already using the app. But currently its showing - how to block that ?

One more issue - the button shows perfectly on website but a round button/ base shows below when clicked.
