Hi, I have seen several posts about the buttons not showing after an update. I am experiencing the same problem in every update including 2.17. So, I am still using 2.14, the latest version that works.

I have no idea what is causing this problem as I never experienced a problem before.
Someone an idea what could be causing the problem?

    We've released an update that fixes the position settings!
    Could you try and see if the button will be visible after you've updated Buttonizer to version 2.1.8?

    If the button is not visible after the update, you might have to clear your cache and set a new position again.

      Thanks for reaching out to us.

      There was a bug in versions 2.1.5 and 2.1.6 that caused the position of the buttons to loose it's data.
      This should have been fixed in version 2.1.7 but if you've updated previously to 2.1.5/2.1.6, the position data will continue to remain lost.

      This is easily fixed by setting the position of the group again.

      I am experiencing the same problem in every update including 2.17.

      Could you let us know if this was after you've updated Buttonizer from 2.1.6?
      We would like to know if updating from 2.1.4 to 2.1.7 still causes the bug.

        Updating from 2.1.4 to 2.1.7 still causes the bug. After resetting the position and publishing, the buttons don't show. The position fields are empty after publishing.
        I have update 2.1.5 and 2.1.6 before, but after noticing the bug, I restored a backup with version 2.1.4.

          Thanks for letting us know about this! We found a bug with the position setting in the dashboard and have fixed it. An update will be release as soon as possible! 😄

          But it seems that this might not be the reason as to why Buttonizer is not showing up after updating.
          We have another similar support question in our mail and it seems to be caused by their minifying plugin.

          It had cached/minifed the older version of Buttonizer on the frontend, causing it to act weird.

          Could you perhaps let us know which caching/minify plugin are you using on your site?

          We would like to test it for you and see if we can reproduce the problem on our end. 😁

              After the update, the buttons didn't show. But after clearing thel cache they show again. Problem solved. Thanks!
