We installed Buttonizer on our site and have optimized all of the settings and set up our buttons. They appear to be turned on, but they are not showing up on the front end. Any suggestions on how to fix or troubleshoot?
Buttonizer installed and buttons are all turned on but they are not showing up.
Hi roiamplified , welcome to the Buttonizer community
Do you have a caching plugin enabled? Also, if you're able to, could you share the URL of the website? Then we'll take a look and see if we can find any issues.
Jasper Yes, we do have a caching plugin installed. And sure! The site is junkshotapp.com
Hi roiamplified , thank you for sharing the URL!
It seems that you are using Sucuri firewall, sometimes it's blockig the AJAX request of Buttonizer. We have written a knowledge base article about how you can solve this: https://community.buttonizer.pro/knowledgebase/217-buttonizer-hits-the-godaddy-or-sucuri-firewall-403-forbidden-issue
Please let me know if this helps
Hello! This definitely helped and I understand how to fix it now. The problem is that we are actually a GoDaddy reseller. In order to access our GoDaddy account we login through a custom URL: http://www.secureserver.net/?isc=wwbb796&prog_id=domainspricedright
roiamplified Thanks for the useful information! With that link for resellers, are you able to enter the Securi settings of that website?
We're unfortunately have no experience with GoDaddy reseller steps, you might contact GoDaddy in this case to ask where you can manage this. If you do, make sure to let us know what they reply so we can update our knowledge base article
