Hi,

I need to open an external link of the main domain with a popup or an iframe using a right bottom button.

Is it possible? If it's, with free or premium version?

I can try to add "?iframe=true" at the end of the url because in Wordpress it works when you want to open a link with an iframe.

Could you help me, please?

Thanks in advance,

Jordi

    Hi empatica ,

"I need to open an external link of the main domain with a popup or an iframe using a right bottom button."
Buttonizer supports a couple of popup plugins such as Popup Maker and Elementor Popups.
You could perhaps create a popup with the iframe using one of these plugins.

You can then make the popup show using Buttonizer.

"Is it possible? If it's, with free or premium version?"
All popup button actions are available on the free version. 😁

Let me know if this works for you!

      Hi James ,

I would make a customized chat. Then, I configure the bottom right button with the chat's url and when the user clicks on it, I want to open a popup.

About your answer, I understand I can do it with one of two plugins you have mentioned previously. Is it true?

      Thanks,

      Jordi

        empatica ,

Sorry I might have understood your question in correctly.

Would you like to show the customized chat in a popup window?
        Something like this:

If so, you would need to use the Javascript function to open a popup window using this code:

        window.open('yourpage.htm','pagename','resizable,height=600,width=370'); return false;

If you would like to open the iframe on your site itself, then yes you could use one of the plugins to create the popup containing an iframe.

This popup contains an iframe using Popup Maker.

        Hi James,

I have chosen the popup maker option. It works correctly but when you close the popup, then if you click again on the button of the buttonizer, it doesn't work. I only works at the first time that you click on. I have checked it in Chrome, Firefox and Safari and it's the same in all options.

Do you know why it happens?

        Thanks in advance,

        Jordi

          Hi James.

Now, it works correctly. Thanks for your help.

          Regards,

          Jordi
