Unfortunately, this is currently not possible on Buttonizer.
It is however in our plans to create an option to make a button like this.
We are currently working on an update, reworking how we render Buttonizer, that would let us be able to create settings such as this.
It might take a little while until we are able to create an option for this.
It will come after our next big update this month.
