Welcome to the Buttonizer Community! Buttonizer does load Google Analytics via the googletagmanager.com domain and uses the Google Tag Manager code.
However, I've checked your website and I've found two ga('create', 'UA- functions, but both don't seem to be related to Buttonizer. So probably there were even three Google Analytics instances if you indeed let Buttonizer add a Google Analytics too.
It seems like your cookie compliance plugin adds the GA code, and it looks like that there is another plugin which indeed adds another Google Analytics instance without the cookie compliance script, but it isn't Buttonizer. That's all I can see. Unfortunately as it isn't Buttonizer I am afraid we have no idea which plugin does that...
I suggest disabeling some plugins to see which one causes it and clear the cache to see if the code disapeared.
