Email form not sending email

The email is not working. When I test the form to send to myself nothing happens. It did work but now it's not. I cannot see any articles on this. I have a PRO account.

It's possible that the email might get set to spam or blocked when you received too much mails within a period of time. 🤔
(This tends to happen when I test some mailing functions)

Could you perhaps check your spam folder if the messages are there?

Thank you James, no that is not the issue I checked that first. I use Gsuite for our email and that works great. This is our lead funnel on our web page. So every day this goes on I am losing leads. How do I get help to fix this I just wait for someone to post? Thank you for posting at least. It seems like a simple issue to fix but I feel someone at buttonizer has the answer. Thanks

Do you mean emailing with a form? In that case it would help to contact this plugin developer. I don't think this is an issue with Buttonizer.

If you mean the email button action, that's something that is configured by the owner of the device. For example, if you have set the button action and someone with Windows opens it, it will try to open Outlook or any other default email application. When that hasn't been set, it won't open any dialog.

If an email hasn't been sent from the visitor side via Outlook for example, then they've misconfigured their own email environment. That isn't something we can do unfortunately.
