Consent for Buttonizr Cookie

Hello,
Buttonizr is setting a session cookie.
Where in the code is this set? With new cookie law, in my view you have to first get the OK to allow setting cookies. Is there a javascript part in the code, where I can modify allowing cookies?

Good point! We have written a knowledge base article about how we use cookies in Buttonizer: https://community.buttonizer.pro/knowledgebase/164-does-buttonizer-sets-cookies-gdpr-eu-law

However, this is going to change in the 2.2 release next month! Some cookies are renamed or the behaviour has changed, but they will stay (in our eyes) functional cookies.

Also I'd like to let you know that we're currently working on an JavaScript API for Buttonizer. We'll make sure to add a way to let Buttonizer know that someone 'consent' with cookies before actually placing them. I've added it to our to-do list.
