I have been waiting 10 days for my activation number. Thank you freemius.

So so :
1) I have yet the premium buttonizer but no mail with activation number.
2) I don't know with what mail i finalized the transaction : i tried all of them, but no trace on my order.
3) I wrote to the support... bzzzz. I have time to die of old age before I have someone seriously take care of my problem.
4) I bought the premium buttonizer on 2 september, for 24,39€. My name is MICHAEL HALIMI, the last 4 digits of my credit card are ****, and expires on ****.

Is any support there ?

First of all, welcome to the Buttonizer Community! I'm sorry to hear that.

I've searched in our mailbox for your name and email, but couldn't find find any messages. Did you send your email to contact@buttonizer or did you use the contact form?

I've also masked your credit card details as this is a public forum and that's is sensitive information.

Could you let me know what the website is where you've upgraded? Then I'll investigate it for you 🙂

This is my first attempt here. previously i wrote to pay@freemius.com but it didn't help at all.

1) I'm the admin of www.canalanimal.fr. So my email is admin@canalanimal.fr but there is no order recorded on this account.

2) Here are the events story. First, i tried the buttonizer free version, then i bought the premium one. All was ok. One day, i've deleted the free version from WP, and disabled the premium version. And when i've reactivated it, it asked me the activation number, that i don't have any trace, on any mail.

Thank you for the extra information! I'm not very sure if Freemius monitors the pay@ email address, but I can certainly say they do monitor the support@ email address, that could be the reason why they did not reply to your email.

I'd also like to inform you that this is a public forum and I am not sure how comfortable you are sharing most of the above details here.

Can you email me the payment reference number of the payment? Then I'll try to find the payment in our dashboard. You can email to: jasper @ buttonizer . pro (without spaces of course)

Hi travisday Zabriskie73 , I'd like to let you know that there are a lot of new ticket since the 2.2.0 release since last week and we're currently working hard on updating the plugin and resolve all tickets.

There will be a new release today solving some most common issues. travisday We'll be able to answer your ticket within one or two hours due to the upcoming release preparation.

Same. I made payment and have not received any communication whatsoever. Have emailed pay @ freemius . com as well as contact @ buttonizer... and nothing. Very disappointing and if I do not receive activation information today I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge.
