How to open a ticket? (NOT posting your issue in the forum)

Hi, how do I post questions for one-to-one support?? I only see the option to post in the public forum (I'm a paying customer).

Hi spainonyou , I had already replied to your email but I also wanted to update this topic.

We're about to integrate private ticketing in the community, so it's not there yet, but it's way 🙂

For now I'll close this topic and update my post as soon private tickets is available.
