can not upgrade license - payments not working

I tried to upgrade my license. But your system (or Freemius) keeps telling me my card number is incorrect. It's not, I use it daily. Same issue when I use other cards.
Trying with Paypal also does not work. It sends me to my paypal account where I can approve everything. But upon returning and clicking the final blue approval button on your site, nothing happens. All actionable buttons disappear from the freemius popup (only thing clickable is the closing x button from the popup).

I've tried all the above multiple times (including logging out and in again). Same problems every time.

Thanks for letting us know about this.

Could you let us know a couple of things? We would like to reproduce this issue and fix it.

Which browser were you using then?
Was this on a mobile device or a desktop?
Do you perhaps have some adblocking extensions like uBlock Origin?
Were you using our site or the upgrade page in the plugin itself?

Do you perhaps have some adblocking extensions like uBlock Origin? => Adblock Plus (I can try tomorrow to disable it on your site. But it's quite strange because all popups on your site worked fine. It's just that in the very last step there is no action button )

UPDATE: I tried again, this time via Edge browser. That worked. License is now upgraded.

Glad to hear that you were able to get rid of the error!

There must have been a setting on your Chrome browser that was causing the issue. Thanks for answering all the questions, we will try and see if we can find out what was causing the error on Chrome. 🤔
