I upgraded to pro thinking that if I uploaded a custom graphic (a larger pill shaped button) I wouldn't be restricted to the small circle icon, but it looks like it doesn't work that way. Instead, my graphic gets squeezed into the circle icon. Is there a work around so that I can use a custom graphic without the circle?

The icon image border radius is indeed 50% by default, but you should be able to change the radius to 0 degrees
