James Hy SETdc , Sorry, but unfortunately the issue lies with the Facebook Messenger SDK. It's not using the settings we are using. We are contacting Facebook about this issue and hopefully it can get resolved soon.
SETdc How is this solved..? It's still there.. The floating text that says Hello, how can I help you. I've updated to the latest version but it is still there. It's there when I'm logged in, not incognito. So for visitors it's not visible I think..
James SETdc , It's probably been cached on your browser since it's not visible when using incognito mode. Try to clear your browser's cache by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+R while you're on your site or CMD+ALT+E if you're using Safari. Let me know if this was it.
