PRO Issues (Your Email Form Also Isn't Working)

Hello. We signed up for Buttonizer PRO but it isn't working. I believe what happened is that I paid for Pro via my boss' email address, when the actual admin address for the site build is under my own (ewan@golmn.com vs. sean@golmn.com) which seems to be preventing the actual billing connection to give me access to Pro settings.

Please advise as to how we might be able to correct this. I tried to send you an email via your Contact page but kept running into errors saying ReCaptcha was incorrect, but there was now Captcha element actually displayed for me to fill out/confirm that I am indeed a human being.

Could you perhaps check on My Account in the menu of Buttonizer?

Next to Plan do you see a button saying "Activate PRO Plan"?

I don't see that. For me it just gives the option to upgrade (which of course, we did yesterday).

Could you try inserting your license again by either clicking on Change License:

Or Activate License:

No problem! And I actually don't have either of those options... I've just got Upgrade, Opt Out, Deactivate, I need support, Community forums, Manage buttons, Settings.

Could you check if you which version of Buttonizer is installed/active?

Is it Buttonizer - Smart Floating Action Button (Premium)?

If you don't have the (Premium) tag at the end, then you might have the wrong version.
You can download the premium version in the email that you received your license code.
If you can't find the email, let us know! We'll send you a link to download the premium version of the plugin.
