But I desperately get the message

Hi Dotou ,

I took a look at your site and it seems to be working correctly on our end.

Were you perhaps using an adblocker or had a Strict privacy setting on your browser?
Browsers such as Firefox and Edge has this Strict privacy setting turned on by default.
