Hi,

Buttonizer freezes for me on the "Building bar..." page. It had previously worked for me but now freezes here the last few days.
Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do on my end to fix it?

This happens for me in the latest 2 versions of Buttonizer.
Older versions will work but they don't have as many options as the latest version...

Thanks

    Hi Saul ,

Welcome to the community forums! 🥳

Could you perhaps check if there are any errors in your console log on Buttonizer's dashboard?
Or if possible send us a screenshot?

    Thanks in advance! 😀

      Hi James ,

How do I view console log?
If I click on "Buttonizer" from my main dashboard it loads to the screen mentioned above and freezes.
It also does this if I choose "Buttonizer" or "Settings"from the pop-out menu.

      Thanks

        Hi Saul ,

Right click and select "Inspect" then click on the console tab.

          Hi James ,

I have emailed you a screenshot, if you could check that please. Thanks 🙂

          Hi James,

Did you guys receive my email? Thanks

            Hi Saul ,

            We received you email!
            Thanks for the screenshot!

The issue might be coming from those 403 errors.
It seems to be blocking requests from Buttonizer.

I've asked @Jasper to help you out further with this issue.
We'll get to you as soon as we can! 😀

Thanks James and @Jasper , looking forward to your reply.

Will it be here on the forum or via email?

Saul Hi Saul, sorry for the late reply.

I found out it isn't the 403's you're seeing there. There is an javascript error, but to be honest, I'm not getting wiser from it 👀

The interesting part is that it's trying to prepend an element, I'm only unable to find what element. Are you able to click the link at the error (dashboard.min.js?v=a0dfa&ver=5.2.3:66) and make a screenshot of the code where the error appears (with the red circles under the code)?

                That would be very helpful!
