I'm sorry to let you know that we were experiencing some sever issues today. It is possible the site wasn't correctly connected and the connect token was invalidated due to long requests or this was due to our API which was slow at that moment.
I think we're almost there and have fixed the issue. Are you able to try to re-connect the site again? That should give you a new token.
