Set it up with and without page rules. It was working in the free version and now in the pro version it is not (just bought the license today)

Hi nina_dovetail ,
Thank you for upgrading, if you have any feedback let us know!
I've just checked you website and GoDaddy (your webhost) seems to have a firewall on their webservers. This page is being blocked by the firewall.
The firewall page says you can open a support ticket if you believe this is a mistake. Probably you're able to whitelist the urls.
If you contact GoDaddy, are you able to let us know what their response is? It would be interesting to know what is triggering the firewall and if you're able to whitelist it?
Then we're able to update the plugin in the future to prevent triggering the firewalls
Jasper Thanks for the quick reply. I will contact GoDaddy asap!
Jasper Hi Jasper, I whitelisted the IP address and it works now. Thank you!
Jasper Hi Jasper, this is not gonna work as all the users have had to whitelist their ips to make this work. Any other solutions? Otherwise, we'll have to find another floating button that won't have this firewall issue. Thanks again!
nina_dovetail Hi Nina!
Whitelisting IP's wont work of course, did GoDaddy support suggested other solutions? Or only the IP whitelisting? Otherwise we're going to contact GoDaddy ourselves to get some more information and possible options
Jasper
It will be best for you to contact them. You can better explain what's going on. Thank you!
Any luck with Go Daddy?
Hi Jasper,
I called GoDaddy again and they really need to talk to you so I hope you can call them soon. Thank you!
nina_dovetail Hi Nina! Sorry for the late response!
We'll contact GoDaddy immediately and let you know what the result is!
Jasper Thanks! I really hope it can be resolved!
nina_dovetail Hi Nina, I've contacted GoDaddy and the person on the phone told me that it was impossible to see why the firewall is getting triggered without knowing the customer number and the 'chopper pin'... So it was a very quick 4 minutes conversation unfortunately
The person also told me that it's hard for them to whitelist plugin URLs as there are thousands of WordPress plugins available.
So without the details he couldn't tell me why the the url was triggering the GoDaddy firewall and what we can do to prevent this for the future or if there are any other solutions.
If you want me to contact them again, then you'll need to email us your customer number and apparently the chopper pin of the account. Please do not post that here on the public forums.
Jasper Please send me your email or phone and I will give you the info. Thanks!
nina_dovetail Hi Nina, the email address you can use is contact@buttonizer.pro or jasper@buttonizer.pro
Any luck with GoDaddy, Jasper?
We've resolved this issue via email! After contacting GoDaddy and Securi we've found a soluton together. We've now created a knowledge base topic about this issue and how you're able to resolve this.
Follow this link to go to the knowledge base topic: Buttonizer hits the GoDaddy or Sucuri Firewall (403 forbidden issue)
If anyone else is experiencing firewall issues, let us know!
