After taking a look at your site that starts with "pre" it looks like it is using the wrong integration code.
If you integrated Buttonizer by manually copy and pasting the integration code, replace the current code with this:

If your site is using the Buttonizer WordPress plugin, reconnect by going to the Buttonizer plugin's settings -> Disconnect.
Then reconnect and select the correct site.
