We have a custom rule where we have a group which has a rule, then 2 buttons each of them has a rule.
With the old version 2.0.9 everything works fine as the screenshot here it shows that the 2 events active in the tracker are working: 
While in the new version after uploading directly to v2.1 only 1 event is active in the tracker as you see: 
The issue is that the group rule is not active in the tracker here as it was active in the old version and to be able to see it active in the tracker we have to disable the rule of "Ticket Button" as in screenshot we disabled its display so the event tracker could be able to track the group rule: 
The issue here: that the event tracker in the new update can't have a rule in the group & a rule inside in the button inside the group only one of them is active which disables the other
Can you please test to make a group with a rule, and then a button inside that group with another rule and check if the event tracker can still see both events are tracked ?
