James I haven't made note, but I think was 2.1. WHat if we uninstall and install from scratch, would that work?
I know, I'll have to setup all again, but IO do not mind. Whichever way is easier.
And if I replace the code as you pasted it?

Yes, you could replace the options buttonizer_buttons_published and buttonizer_buttons with the data James gave you, and it should fix your problem. Otherwise you can reset Buttonizer in the buttonizer settings to remove all buttonizer database entries. Obviously, you indeed would have to setup your buttons all again.

Castor Thank you for the prompt reply. Actually I think I had version 1.5.6 as I have checked in a clone site for testing I have.
What should be the code for buttonizer_buttons? I do not see it.

Eddyk It can be the same data as buttonizer_buttons_published.

I have replaced the code as posted by James to table options for option_value buttonizer_buttons_published and option_value buttonizer_buttons and it worked! Thank you.
You need to find the reason why the update didn't update these values to fix it.

sethbburgess Hmm.... I did not notice and remember the previous version number. I update my plugins pretty regularly. I am guessing the version was the immediate previous version, unless you had more than one new version in two or three weeks. In that case it was probably a version from about a month ago.

Then it might be a different cause for you. 🤔

Does your site perhaps have a caching or minify plugin?
If so, could you try clearing your cache and see if it will work?

We have had previous topics where they only had to clear their cache and it was fixed.

Thanks for this help. Sorry for the delayed reply. I tried clearing my site cache. Still no luck. I do have a minify plugin. Can you tell me what Javascript file would be yours? I can try listing it to leave it alone.

I think I might know what's happening. Could you check for me if both Mobile and Desktop are enabled (green) for the button:

If they are, could you also check the same settings for the group settings? It might be that the group or button has been hidden on both desktop and mobile.

Yes. That was a good guess about what might be wrong. I fixed it, however, I still have no button on my web site.

Hi Jasper... I do have a button now. After a Wordpress, Theme, and Buttonizer plugin upgrades, the button magically appeared. Not sure what happened, but problem solved. Thanks for all your help.

Thank to god i never felt a problem of hidden button, but this discussion going to be helpful for me.
