why i can not put more than 7 action buttons under main button in free version ?

why i can not put more than 7 action buttons in free version ?
i put 8 buttons under main button only 7 appear.

Hi kimo ! Thank you for your feedback.

The reason is that more buttons won't fit most of the mobile 📱 screens these days. We suggest to make different buttons for different screen sizes, an example: only show the phone number button on mobile.

Mostly you have different actions for mobile and desktop, so playing smart with it can help you ordering your buttons, having some desktop only and some mobile only. Then you're able to make 14 buttons in total.

This is also the case for our pro version, there is a limit for 7 buttons at a time per menu for the same reason.

Suggestions
We may change this for the future, do you have any suggestions how we can make this easier to let our users know? We may need to show some kind of warning I think 🤔

Hi, I got same problem too. I need all 8 button. Got any solution for this?

adibah Hi Adibah. Good question! You might add a second menu/button-only to your webpage if you have the premium options. But the premium version also has a limit for 7 buttons. The reason for that is because of the reasons in my post above. But it's still something we need to think about.

Other than that this is we have no other solution other then moving buttons to only mobile or desktop (or both). What kind of buttons do you have right now and which one were you trying to add?

I have 9 ideally needed, will have to think out of the box.
Did wonder if it was a viewport issue.
